IngenMuity is a Chicagoland real estate investment and development company focused on residential property investment, new construction, and the long-term development of a diversified real estate portfolio.

IngenMuity combines real estate investment, development, hands-on project management, and strategic property improvement to create value. We are building a diversified real estate business through residential property investment, home flipping, land acquisition, spec home development, new construction, long-term ownership, and future commercial real estate investment.

Residential investment. We acquire residential properties with potential, improve them through strategic renovations and upgrades, and bring transformed properties back to market. Renovation work is part of our own investment projects — we are not a contractor for hire.

Spec home development. We plan to acquire residential lots and develop thoughtfully designed new-construction homes, managing planning, construction, and sale with a focus on quality, functional floor plans, and value.

Commercial real estate. As IngenMuity grows, our long-term strategy includes acquiring, developing, and owning strategically selected commercial real estate throughout Chicagoland.
