IngenMuity Homes is a residential investment company that transforms overlooked properties into thoughtfully renewed homes. Every renovation we do is done on a property we own, before we sell or rent it.
We purchase residential properties through listings, auctions, foreclosures, estate sales, bank-owned opportunities, and other investment channels. Each home is renovated and reintroduced with a plan behind it — and some properties are retained as IngenMuity rental homes.
We do not offer renovation, remodeling, or contracting services to customers. Our work is limited to the homes in our own portfolio.
